Cancellations / No-Call & No-Show Fee

• Cancellations $25

• All cancellations within less than 24 hours and/or any no-call & no-show meeting prospects or clients will be charged a maximum fee of $25 for the inconveniences that arise from the matter therein.

Reservation Deposits (Retainers)

• All reservation deposits are non-refundable (retainers) $100

• Though all reservation deposits (retainers) are non-refundable, they are able to be applied to another service with credit from the firm to provide for future services if purchase was not made for the appropriate item, as best may be needed.
  

Refund Processing Fee $25

• If the firm deems an exception to the non-refundable reservation deposits (retainers) for any reason that is not at the fault of the firm, nor at the fault of the services we provide, then we will need to charge a $25 refund fee due to refund processing charges and resourcing required to process the refund.
  
  The firm will absorb only any refund fees directly attributable to the error or fault of the firm itself.
